Terms and Conditions of Rio Hotel & Casino

  1. Definitions

    For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Hotel" means Rio Hotel & Casino; "Casino" refers to the gaming floor and associated facilities; and "Guest" refers to any individual or entity utilizing services provided by the Hotel.

  2. Use of Services and Facilities

    By entering the Hotel's premises, Guests acknowledge that they understand and will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding gambling, gaming, and hotel operations. Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

  3. Age Restrictions

    Guests must be at least 21 years old (18 years old for guests from certain countries) to enter the Casino or partake in any form of gaming activity.

  4. Id Requirements

    All Guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in and/or before engaging in gaming activities, as per applicable laws and regulations.

  5. Non-disclosure Agreement

    Guests must maintain confidentiality regarding the Hotel's internal operations, security measures, and any other proprietary information made available through their stay or engagement with services.

  6. Safety and Security Responsibility

    Each Guest is responsible for their own safety and security while on premises and agrees to follow all applicable rules, regulations, and instructions provided by staff members.

  7. Cancellation Policy

    Written notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival or services commencement. Any cancellation made within this timeframe will incur a minimum fee equal to the first night's accommodation charges.

  8. Payment Terms

    All payments are non-refundable and final upon check-in, except in cases where applicable laws require reimbursement. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards (3.5% processing fee applies) as well as cash.

  9. Compliance with Governmental Regulations

    a) All Guests must comply with local regulations regarding tax obligations, exchange rates, and any other financial transactions conducted on Hotel premises.

    b) The Hotel reserves the right to request verification of Guests' identification documents for purposes related to these regulations.

  10. Responsible Gambling Policy

    The Hotel is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its patrons. To ensure this commitment, all Guests are expected to gamble within their means and maintain control over their finances.

  11. Liability Limitations

    a) The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from guests' participation in any activity or failure to adhere to Hotel policies.

    b) All claims must be brought forth exclusively against the Hotel, excluding any related parties or agents.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the Hotel is located and shall only be interpreted in accordance with their provisions. Jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions lies exclusively within local courts.

  13. Amendments and Updates

    a) The Hotel reserves its right to modify, update or otherwise alter terms at any time without prior notice.

    b) All Guests must comply with the most recent version of this agreement upon each visit.

  14. Termination of Agreement

    Upon reasonable grounds and without further obligation, the Hotel may terminate these Terms and Conditions for causes including but not limited to:

    a) Violation or non-compliance by any Guest;

    b) Failure to make payments when due;

    c) Any circumstances which necessitate such action.

  15. Waiver

    The failure of either party to enforce all provisions set forth within this agreement shall be deemed a waiver only for the specific instance and not in perpetuity, with both parties retaining rights under these Terms.

  16. Notices

    All notices provided by Hotel will typically be via written correspondence; it is Guest's responsibility to maintain current contact information.

  17. Conflict of Laws

    a) Any conflict between these terms or any applicable laws shall be resolved in accordance with local regulations and court determinations.

    b) Choice of law, jurisdiction, and venue selection shall not prejudice Guest's rights under this agreement.

By accepting services at the Hotel & Casino, Guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
